Sugar destroys collagen in your skin and causes wrinkles. By cutting out sugar from your diet, as well as refined grains such as chips, pasta, and mashed potatoes, you will save yourself a lot of headache. You will not miss the foods when you start reaching your health goals and have better skin!

On the other hand, lemons and berries don’t just protect your body from harm, they kick your sweet tooth! Lemons and berries also bring a lot of benefits to your health. Berries and lemons are high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory factors that we need for better skin.
